Other Terms & Conditions
- • If the reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to the date of arrival -90% may be refunded.
- • If the reservation is cancelled 15 days prior to the date of arrival -50% of the may be refunded .
- • If the reservation is cancelled 07 days prior to the date of arrival -25% of the may be refunded .
- • If the cancellation is any later than the above stated period or in case of 'No Show'-No Refund No refund or any changes will be accepted at last minute for tour starting or after starting or middle of the tour.
Special Note:
- • All taxes, entrance fees, airfare, Hotel and Transport rates etc are as on date. Any future hike will be charged extra as applicable.
- • Our drivers are responsible for safe driving with proper knowledge of route / itinerary. However, he would not be able to explain any sightseeing spots /History of monuments etc. and for same you may take proper Guide services from us on additional cost basis.
- • The above-mentioned cost is valid for mentioned dates only.
- • The above is only an offer and not confirmation of your bookings. We shall proceed with your booking once we receive the payment from you & if we are not able to get the original hotels, shall provide equivalent / alternative hotels.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
- * Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
- * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
